This is the first part of our complex evaluation and consists of a consultation meeting with the parent /guardians and the clinic director.
The fee includes: reviews of all reports and materials, scoring of the Sensory Profile, review of IEP goals, and the initial development of a treatment plan to include services at our clinic or other practitioners in the area.

Assessment:

A simple assessment of the child is performed at the initial treatment session by the therapist. Observation and testing is done to best determine an appropriate course of treatment. Simple reports as well as therapists' notations are developed.

Complex Evaluation:
$620.00 |
An assessment using standardized and sub-standardized tools with the addition of a written report documenting the current status, results of all testing, treatment recommendation, and goals for treatment, are written out in measurable language using accurate medical terminology (which is often required for insurance reimbursement).

Comprehensive Evaluation:
$800 and up |
At times, an insurance company, school, or parent will request comprehensive and complex testing using multiple standardized tests presentation of the findings to a medical or school based team and/or the use of specific standardizes assessment requiring in-depth scoring and interpretation (such as the Sensory Integration and Praxis Test).
